Personal Data Protection (KVKK) Notice

This notice has been prepared by Leorsoft (the "Company"), acting as data controller, to inform you about the processing of your personal data under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").

Data Processed: Information you submit through our contact form (name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message), and contact details you share when reaching us via WhatsApp, Telegram or phone.

Purposes: Your personal data is processed to respond to your requests, prepare proposals, carry out contractual processes, deliver our services and conduct communication activities.

Legal Basis: Your data is processed under KVKK Art. 5/2 on the grounds of being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract and legitimate interest; where these do not apply, based on your explicit consent.

Transfers: Your data may be shared with our hosting and e-mail infrastructure providers to the extent the service requires; it is not transferred to third parties except where legally required, and is never sold for marketing purposes.

Retention: Your data is retained for as long as the processing purpose and statutory retention periods require, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

Your Rights: Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction, and claim compensation for damages.

Applications: You may submit requests regarding your rights in writing to info@leorsoft.com. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
